A 40’x80’ booth for the IHRSA (International Health, Racquet & Sports Club Association) show. Intenza wanted an inviting booth, where attendees are able to come, relax and have refreshment in the lounge area.

The main goal of this booth is to have attendees come into the booth to relax and initiate a conversation with company representatives about their products.

 

EXPERIENCE GOAL

I created the booth flow where to get to the lounge in the booth, attendees would have to walk through areas with products on display. This will increase their time spent in the booth and have them interact more with the products, enhancing the brand experience.

With so many companies at the show hall Intenza are competing with, a simple yet impactful wayfinding sign with the brand would be ideal to draw attention. It would stand out from the rest as it would be one of the largest and prominent signage in the show hall.

BOOTH JOURNEY FLOW

Inside the lounge area Intenza’s goals is provide their visitors welcoming place to sit down and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the show’s event. This will provide an opportunity for them is experience the brand and surround themselves with Intenza’s products that are around them. There are also opportunities for visitors to speak with the company’s representatives in conferences room to discuss about products and interests.

Drink refreshments are also provided at the counter for visitors to enjoy and immerse themselves in this brand experience.
